Newbie is coming right along! We went in for the 20 week ultrasound this afternoon. This is the big ultrasound, where they take tons of measurements and pictures. Here is Newbie's progress.
Weight: 13 oz
Age: 19 weeks, 6 days (but he is measuring a week older)
We saw hands, feet, arms, legs, 4 chambered heart, kidneys, stomach, spine, ribs, nose, lips and head. All of the things we were looking for. We were NOT looking for a gender, but both of us thought we spied some little boy parts at one point.

Is it bad that I read "spine, ribs" above as "spare ribs"? Perhaps that's why I'm not a mom. I know, sorry. Bad.
Seriously though, good work you two. S/he's starting to look like a little person in there!
What's wrong with spare ribs? This kid will be built like a tank!
